Three familiar F1 ACADEMY names will take on one of motorsport’s most recognisable showcase stages this week, with Nina Gademan, Alisha Palmowski and graduate Chloe Chambers all scheduled to drive at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed.
The event runs from July 9-12 and is built around the theme ‘The Rivals – Epic Racing Duels’, a fitting backdrop for a programme that blends current junior talent, Formula 1 machinery and Formula E technology on the famous Goodwood hill climb.

For F1 ACADEMY, the appearances underline how the category’s drivers are increasingly being placed in high-visibility environments beyond race weekends. Palmowski arrives as standings leader, while Gademan and Chambers each face significant moments in very different machinery.
Gademan’s Goodwood outing carries particular significance: the Alpine driver will experience a Formula 1 car for the first time. She is set to drive the race-winning E20 on Thursday alongside Pierre Gasly.

The car has notable competitive pedigree within the information provided, having been driven by Kimi Räikkönen to victory for the then Lotus F1 Team at the 2012 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. For Gademan, the step into that machinery represents a sharp change in scale from her usual F1 ACADEMY environment, and a major showcase opportunity on a public stage.
Palmowski, meanwhile, will first run up the hill in her #21 F1 ACADEMY car before the Red Bull Racing driver samples the new RB17 Hypercar. Her appearance follows a strong recent spell in the category, with more on her Silverstone momentum available in our report on Palmowski’s home win and Campos Racing turnaround.
Chambers’ Goodwood programme marks her first public appearance as Mahindra Racing Formula E Team’s Test and Development driver. The American, who recently claimed her first podium in Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America, will drive the GEN3 Evo M12Electro on both Thursday and Friday.
That run places her within a broader electric racing presence at the Festival, with Formula E also featuring prominently across the event. For further context on the championship’s Goodwood activity, see our coverage of how Formula E will showcase every generation at Goodwood.
F1 ACADEMY cars are not new to Goodwood. In 2024, Hamda Al Qubaisi drove her then Red Bull Racing-liveried car at the event, while Lia Block piloted the Williams FW08 associated with Keke Rosberg’s 1982 Formula 1 Drivers’ title.
This year’s line-up continues that thread, placing F1 ACADEMY talent directly alongside significant single-seater and electric machinery at one of the sport’s most visible summer showcases.
