AJ Tracey to headline London E-Prix as Formula E title race reaches its climax
AJ Tracey set for London E-Prix performance
British rapper AJ Tracey will headline the Fan Village Stage at the 2026 Hankook London E-Prix, adding a major live-music attraction to Formula Eâs season-ending double-header at Excel London.
The Ladbroke Grove artist will perform from 13:00 to 13:50, delivering a 50-minute set before the opening race of the weekend. His performance will provide the pre-race build-up in the Fan Village before he returns to energise the grid ahead of lights out.
âNothing compares to the energy of performing in my hometown â London, but this is going to be a special one. Iâm looking forward to bringing the energy to Formula E!â AJ Tracey said.
The appearance is part of Formula Eâs effort to position the London finale as a broader entertainment occasion, combining wheel-to-wheel racing with live music and culture. The event will take place at the only indoor-outdoor circuit on the Formula E calendar and is expected to draw a sold-out crowd.
Nine drivers remain in title contention
The entertainment will accompany a championship fight that is still entirely open. Heading into the double-header, nine drivers remain mathematically eligible for the 2025/26 Driversâ Championship, with a maximum of 58 points available across the two races.
Jake Dennis leads the standings, but Mitch Evans, Pascal Wehrlein, Oliver Rowland, Edoardo Mortara, Antonio Felix da Costa, Nick Cassidy, Nico MĂŒller and Nyck de Vries all retain a route to the title. That creates a finale in which every qualifying session, race result and late-race position could carry decisive weight.
The two races will be held on Saturday 15 August and Sunday 16 August, with both starting at 15:05 BST. Qualifying is scheduled for 10:40 on each day, while practice runs on Friday afternoon and across Saturday and Sunday morning.
