Campos lead, but F1 ACADEMY teams’ title remains open

Campos Racing arrive at the Circuit of the Americas with a 73-point advantage in the F1 ACADEMY Teams’ Standings, but their first championship remains unconfirmed with two rounds still to run. Rodin Motorsport, MP Motorsport and reigning champions PREMA Racing all have a route into the title fight.
Campos can seal the crown after the Feature Race in Austin if their lead reaches 86 points. There are 231 points available across the final two rounds, leaving room for another shift in a contest that has swung sharply since the season began.

Campos turned an early setback into a commanding lead
Rodin set the initial pace in Shanghai, where Emma Felbermayr’s Feature Race victory put the team at the top of the standings on 44 points, four clear of Campos. The balance changed in Montreal: Campos collected 56 points in the Opening Race alone, with Alisha Palmowski and Megan Bruce delivering the team’s first one-two finish of the season. Palmowski went on to win the Feature Race, and Campos left Canada with a 142-point total and the championship lead.
The weekend’s key results and performers are also covered in our Montreal round report.

Campos extended its advantage at Silverstone, where Palmowski secured another Feature Race win. Rodin, however, scored 41 points and moved back into second, while PREMA slipped to third after a low-scoring weekend.
MP’s Zandvoort surge tightened the chase

The latest round in Zandvoort brought a major boost for MP. Nina Gademan and Alba Larsen both finished on the podium in the Reverse Grid Race and Feature Race, helping the team score 53 points and move into third. Campos added 38, taking its total to 212; Rodin stood on 139, while MP was just 12 points behind Rodin.
Palmowski won the Feature Race, but Campos had already endured a difficult Reverse Grid Race, with its leading title contenders failing to score. Her Silverstone performance and the team’s recovery are explored in this report on Campos’ turnaround.
Austin could decide the championship — or extend it
Campos still control their destiny, but Rodin’s challenge remains alive and MP has momentum after its Zandvoort haul. PREMA, meanwhile, will look to its all-rookie line-up, with Payton Westcott leading the team’s charge in the Top Rookie fight.
A strong Austin weekend could put Campos beyond reach after the Feature Race. If not, the teams’ championship will carry into the final round, with every squad still able to chase the points on offer.
