Hadjarâs last outing in a Formula 1 car took place at the Hungarian Grand Prix in July, just before the summer break. However, his momentum was interrupted when he sustained an injury during the hiatus, forcing him to miss three consecutive rounds: Zandvoort, Monza, and Madrid.
During his absence, the team utilized a revolving door of talent. Liam Lawson stepped in to cover Hadjar's duties, receiving a second call-up to the Milton Keynes-based squad following a brief stint earlier in 2025. This reshuffle also saw Yuki Tsunoda drafted into the Racing Bulls seat in place of Lawson, marking Tsunodaâs return after vacating his Red Bull drive at the end of last year.
Medical Clearance and Performance Goals
The decision regarding Hadjarâs availability was finalized following intensive evaluations on Monday.
