How to watch the 2026 F1® Mexico City Grand Prix for free
Eligible new subscribers in the United States can watch the 2026 Mexico City Grand Prix through Apple TV’s seven-day free trial. The race starts on Sunday, 1 November at 3pm ET / noon PT.
The offer provides access to Apple TV’s Formula 1 coverage during the trial period, including practice, qualifying and the race. Your account must qualify for the offer, and a paid subscription begins automatically unless you cancel in time.

How to claim the Apple TV free trial
- Open Formula 1 on Apple TV.
- Sign in with your Apple Account and check whether the seven-day free trial is offered.
- Review the renewal price and billing date before confirming.
- Open the Formula 1 section and select the Mexico City Grand Prix session you want to watch.
Activate the trial close enough to the weekend that it covers Sunday’s race. Watch through the Apple TV app on a supported device or through your browser.
This option is for US viewers eligible for the trial. If your account does not receive the offer, a paid subscription is required through this route.
When does the Mexico City Grand Prix start?
The weekend runs from 30 October to 1 November. Session start times are:
- Friday — Practice 1: 2:30pm ET / 11:30am PT.
- Friday — Practice 2: 6pm ET / 3pm PT.
- Saturday — Practice 3: 1:30pm ET / 10:30am PT.
- Saturday — Qualifying: 5pm ET / 2pm PT.
- Sunday — Race: 3pm ET / noon PT.
US clocks go back on Sunday morning: Friday and Saturday use EDT/PDT, while Sunday uses EST/PST. The race begins at 2pm in Mexico City. Times are subject to change.

How to avoid a renewal charge
Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want to renew.
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, select Subscriptions, then Apple TV and the cancellation option. Check the confirmation and access terms shown when cancelling.
