Cadillac has revealed the V-ONE Hypercar, a concept derived from the performance engineering of the Cadillac V-Series.R, the machinery at the centre of the marque’s LMDh racing programme across WEC and IMSA.
The project explores how proven competition hardware can be translated into a more driver-focused experience. Cadillac says the concept reinforces the V-Series brand’s broader story across design, performance and technology, while retaining a direct connection to its race-winning foundations.

“The Cadillac V-ONE Concept is the ultimate manifestation of a customer performance concept and is a clear sign of our ambition for the Cadillac V-Series brand in the future,” said Dominic Najafi, Executive Design Director, Global Cadillac.
The concept arrives as Cadillac continues to underline the importance of its endurance racing programme. That wider competitive story is also reflected in WEC’s record parity after its opening four rounds, making the V-ONE’s race-derived identity particularly significant within the brand’s motorsport message.

At the heart of the V-ONE is a V-8 hybrid powertrain producing 830 combined horsepower. Its foundations are shared with the Cadillac V-Series.R race car, giving the concept an explicit technical link to Cadillac’s LMDh effort rather than merely borrowing visual cues.
The connection extends beyond the powertrain. The V-ONE shares deeper race-bred architecture with the V-Series.R in areas including the suspension, transmission and selected electronics. Its suspension package includes double wishbones, pushrod-actuated coil and torsion-spring elements, plus lateral and heave dampers at both the front and rear.
Despite that competition-derived foundation, Cadillac says the V-ONE is intended to be easier to operate while maintaining a similar level of performance. An intuitive, race-inspired interface and data-visualisation concept is designed to give drivers clear feedback and coaching as they explore the car’s full capability.
The exterior remains faithful to the dramatic proportions and visual intent of the V-Series.R, while introducing refined details intended to make the car feel more advanced and technical.
The Cadillac V-ONE Concept will be displayed at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, in Carmel, California, on August 14, 2026. Cadillac has confirmed that the concept is not for sale, positioning it as a statement of intent for the future direction of the V-Series brand rather than a production model.
