Gladysz reunites with MP Motorsport for 2027 F3 season

Maciej Gladysz will return to MP Motorsport for the 2027 FIA Formula 3 season, rejoining the team with which he began his single-seater career. It will be his second campaign in the championship after a rookie year that brought a Feature Race victory at Silverstone and 12th place in the Drivers’ Standings.

Gladysz returns after a breakthrough rookie campaign

The Polish driver’s Silverstone win was a standout moment in his first F3 season. It followed a steady climb through the junior categories, including two years with MP at the start of his single-seater career. Gladysz finished third in both the 2024 Formula Winter Series and the 2024 Spanish F4 Championship, then teamed up with MP to win the 2025 Eurocup-3 Spanish Winter Championship.

His return brings the driver and team back together for a second F3 campaign. The Silverstone Feature Race victory remains a defining result from his rookie year; read more about Gladysz’s maiden F3 win.

Gladysz said he was pleased to rejoin the team, recalling happy memories from their earlier work together. He also pointed to MP’s late-season form in F3, which helped the team secure third in the teams’ standings. With a year of championship experience behind him, he wants to help turn that momentum into more victories in 2027.

MP believes familiarity can accelerate preparations

Team Principal Sander Dorsman welcomed Gladysz back, citing the driver’s strong F3 debut and his familiarity within the team. Dorsman said MP and Gladysz had recorded six race wins and 16 podiums across their two seasons together, and expects that shared experience to help preparations get underway quickly.

The signing gives Gladysz a familiar environment as he targets further progress in Formula 3. MP has also announced another driver for the category next season, with Matteo De Palo set to return; see our report on De Palo’s 2027 MP campaign.
