Wehrlein and Müller stay with Porsche for Formula E Season 13
Pascal Wehrlein and Nico Müller will continue with Porsche into Formula E Season 13 and the Gen4 era, following a successful 2026 campaign.

Porsche will retain Pascal Wehrlein and Nico Müller for Formula E Season 13, keeping its current driver line-up in place as the championship moves into the Gen4 era.
Wehrlein’s latest title with Porsche came at the 2026 London E-Prix, while Müller secured his first Formula E victory in Berlin during his debut season with the team. The next campaign begins on 18 December in Jeddah.
Wehrlein brings a title-winning record into Season 13
Wehrlein joined Porsche in Season 7. Across their time together, the driver and team have collected two championships, 10 wins and 23 podium finishes. Their most recent title followed a hard-fought campaign that ended in London. Read more about Wehrlein’s title-winning London finale.
Before his Porsche spell, the German raced in Formula E for Mahindra. He also competed in Formula One with Manor and Sauber.

Keeping Wehrlein gives Porsche continuity with a driver who has already delivered its latest championship. The team’s announcement also confirms that Müller will continue alongside him for the transition to the next generation of Formula E cars.
Müller made an immediate impact after joining Porsche
Müller arrived at Porsche in Season 12 and quickly contributed valuable points. His first Formula E win came at the Berlin E-Prix, Porsche’s home race. The Swiss driver first entered the championship in Season 6 and has raced for four different teams.
His career before Formula E included competition in DTM, WEC and IMSA. The coming season will therefore be his second with Porsche, following a first year that included a breakthrough victory.

Porsche’s driver announcement comes as its preparations for the Gen4 era take shape. The team will carry the same two drivers into that period; related coverage has also examined Porsche’s Formula E customer-team plans for Gen4.
The schedule is set to begin in Jeddah on 18 December, with Wehrlein and Müller continuing as Porsche’s representatives for the new season.
